Goals announces that Graham Wilson, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Company's board with immediate effect.
Sir Rodney Walker, Non-Executive Chairman of Goals, commented:
"The Board wishes to place on record its thanks & appreciation for the contribution made by Graham to the success of Goals over the last 10 years & wishes him all the best for the future."
It is anticipated that an announcement will be made shortly in connection with new board appointments.
