Urban&Civic plc (the "Company") announces that, on his appointment as Senior Independent Director on 13 February 2019, as announced on 7 January 2019, Ian Barlow will step down as chairman of the Audit Committee, to be succeeded by Jon Di-Stefano, Independent Non-Executive Director. Jon Di-Stefano will also be appointed as member of the Nomination Committee on 13 February 2019.
