Board Changes

Wincanton plc, the largest British third-party logistics company, announces that Mr Paul Dean will step down as Non-executive Director and Chair of the Wincanton plc Audit Committee on 28 February 2021.

As planned and announced in July last year, Mr Anthony Bickerstaff, who joined the Board as a Non-executive Director on 1 September 2020, will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee on 1 March 2021.
