NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Board of Tex Holdings plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Christopher Varley as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st January 2015.
Mr Varley will be stepping down as Managing Director of Tex Plastics on 31st December 2014, a role he has held for in excess of 25 years.
He will also be appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Plastics Division from 1st January 2015.
