MediaZest plc01 March 2006 MediaZest Plc ("MediaZest" or the "Company") Directorate Change MediaZest Plc announces that with immediate effect John Lovering (Non ExecutiveChairman) is to stand down from the board due to the workload involved in hisother corporate responsibilities. John Lovering said "The MediaZest business operates in a very exciting sectorwith real growth opportunities and I wish the team success in the future." Sean Reel, Chief Executive, said : "John has made an outstanding contributionproviding direction and advice as we integrated our first major acquisition. Wewish John well in his new ventures."
