Director Change

Titanium Asset Management Corp. (AIM - TAM) announces that Clal Finance Ltd. ("Clal"), pursuant to its rights under Titanium's certificate of incorporation, has elected to reduce the number of its directors from six to five and to remove Robert Kelly effective September 20, 2012. As a result of this change, Titanium's board of directors consists of nine directors including five directors appointed by Clal, two executive directors and two independent directors.
