Cavanagh Group PLC21 November 2006 Cavanagh Group plc ("Cavanagh") 21 November 2006 Appointment of Director Cavanagh today announces that it appointed Paul Henry Hogarth, aged 47, as anon-executive director on 20 November 2006. Cavanagh also announces that JohnCampbell will be changing his role from non executive Chairman to part timeexecutive Chairman. This reflects Mr Campbell's increased involvement in theday to day operations of the business. These changes significantly strengthen the Board at a time that Cavanagh hasdemonstrated that it has developed a profitable business, and is pleased toreport its trading for the second half of the year is in line with the firsthalf of 2006. Mr Hogarth was one of the founders of the Bankhall Group and has 26 yearsexperience of working in the Financial Services Industry. Mr Hogarth is interested in 299,999 ordinary shares of the Company,representing 2.76% of the issued ordinary share capital.
