It is with regret that Feedback announces that David Barton has resigned as non-executive director with immediate effect due to health reasons.

Commenting on Mr Barton's departure from the Company Nick Shepheard, Chairman and Chief Executive, said: "I would like to thank David for his support, hard work and contribution to Feedback since he joined the Company in 2007. I am very sorry that he has had to leave us in these circumstances and I wish him all the best for the future."
