Following the completion of the merger of the Company with Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC, as set out in the Circular to Shareholders issued on 5 October 2018, it is confirmed that John Lawrence MBE and The Hon Robert Kissin have both resigned as Non-executive Directors of the Company with effect from 15 November 2018.
