Confirmation of Board Changes

Further to the announcement of board changes on 1 October 2009, Redhall is pleased to confirm the appointment of John O'Kane to the Board with immediate effect in the role of Group Finance Director. John joins us from Jarvis plc where he was Group Finance Director. 

He has previously been a director of the following companies within the last 5 years:

Metbond Limited 

Secretariat Services Limited 

John resigned as a director of York Gas Limited in 1999, at the point of its sale by Kelda Group plc, of which he was also a director. York Gas Limited was placed into administration shortly thereafter. Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
