The Directors of Mortice (AIM:MORT), the AIM listed security and facilities management company with India focused operations, wish to announce the resignation of Mr. Basil Kellor as Chief Executive Officer (non-Board) of the Company with immediate effect. The Directors would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Basil Kellor for his work as Chief Executive Officer and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
In the interim period Mr Manjit Rajain,Executive Chairman of the Group will assume the duties of the Chief Executive Officer until such a time as a new appointment is made to this role.
