Appointment of Director

The Board of PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Malcolm Basing has agreed to join the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today, 29 November 2010.

Malcolm Basing, aged 54, is currently a director of Primus Guaranty (UK) Ltd and within the past five years has been a director of the City Disputes Panel. There are no further matters in connection with his appointment to be disclosed under Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
