Board Change

PartyGaming Plc, the world's leading listed online gaming company, announces today that having served as a Non-Executive Director since December 2007, Emilio Gomez has today tendered his resignation for personal reasons. The resignation takes immediate effect. Following this change the Board of Directors once again has a balance of independent and non-independent Directors (excluding the Chairman) and therefore complies with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance.
