Immediate release: 6 January 2005 Croma Group plc ("Croma") Directorate Changes Croma Group plc, the specialist in the design, development and production ofovert and covert surveillance and defence related products announces changes toits Board.Robert Layton, having completed his contract, is stepping down with immediateeffect and leaving the Group to pursue other interests.Keith Wheeler, a highly experienced marketing and commercial professional, hasbeen appointed to the Board with a brief to work with Chairman, John French, onthe development and marketing of the Croma brand. The role has been created inresponse to the Group's growth and increasing areas of activity.Commenting on the changes John French, Chairman, said, "The changing face ofthe Group is a result of developments in the original core business, CromaDefence Systems Limited and the recent acquisitions.
