Treveria plc (AIM: TRV), the German retail focused real estate investment company, today announces the resignation of Eitan Milgram, Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect. David Malpica and Graham Smith remain on the Board as non-executive directors, with Graham Smith acting as senior independent non-executive director of the Company.
