Board Changes

Further to the announcement on 17 September 2009 regarding the appointment of Stephen Yapp to the Board, Redstone announces that Stephen will become Executive Chairman of the Group with immediate effect replacing Alan Coppin who has resigned from the Board of Redstone.

Stephen Yapp, Executive Chairman of Redstone plc, commented, "I am pleased to take up the position of Executive Chairman at this important time in Redstone's development. I would like to thank Alan Coppin for his contribution to the Group over the past 3 years. The business is now a focused ICT services company with a proven track record.
