DIRECTORATE CHANGE

McKay Securities PLC announces that Steven Mew has notified the Board of his decision to resign as a Director of the Company and its subsidiaries. He will remain in post until September 2016, when he will join Great Portland Estates plc as Portfolio Director on its Executive Committee.

Simon Perkins, Managing Director, commented:

"Steven has made a major contribution to the Group since joining in 2001. He is leaving for a new challenge at GPE with our best wishes.

We increased the size of our property team following the Capital Raising in 2014, and therefore have an established internal resource in place to manage the portfolio, and to support Steven's successor once appointed."
