Ramco Energy PLC14 March 2007 Ramco Energy plc ("Ramco") Resignation of Non-Executive Director Ramco, the Aberdeen-based independent exploration company, announces theresignation of Malcolm Hay as a Non - Executive Director, with effect fromtoday's date. Mr Hay is stepping down from the Ramco Board to pursue his other businessinterests. Mr Hay holds 26,627 shares in Ramco, and options over 70,000 shares, which willremain exercisable until 29th July 2015. Steve Remp, Ramco's Chairman, said "Malcolm joined the Board almost two years ago during a very difficult periodfor the Company, but with the recent ruling by the Texas Supreme Court, in theTenge case, the cloud of the litigation over the Company has now been lifted.
