ViaLogy PLC13 July 2007 ViaLogy plc ("ViaLogy") or (the "Company") Vialogy announces new board appointment ViaLogy PLC (VIY), the AIM-quoted technology company, announces that Mr. PeterReynolds has agreed to join its board as a non-executive director. Aninternational businessman based in London, Mr. Reynolds specialises in assistingresearch and development companies to maximise their commercial potential. ViaLogy, a spin-out company from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratories, haspatented technology for identifying and interpreting significant informationcontained in weak and varied sound signals. Later this year it will launch itsfirst product, the Sensor Policy Manager, which provides network-centric,real-time intelligent processing platforms for sensor applications. ViaLogy's chairman, Terry Bond commented. "We are delighted that Peter is tojoin the board of directors. His experience will be invaluable. Although ViaLogyis based in California its marketplace is worldwide and Peter's knowledge andguidance will be of tremendous benefit to us." Mr. Reynolds commented.
