Director Change
Parity (AIM: PTY) wishes to announce that Group Finance Director, Alastair Woolley, is to leave the Group to pursue other interests and today steps down from his position as Group Finance Director and from the Board. Mr Woolley will remain with the Group until the end of June to assist with the orderly transition of the role.
The Group have appointed Paul Bergin to act as Interim Chief Financial Officer to ensure the continued robust financial management of the Group. Paul has significant experience in public company finance roles most recently with Digital Barriers plc and McBride plc. The Group will commence a search for a long-term replacement and provide a further update once the search process has concluded.
The board wishes to thank Mr Woolley for his contribution over the years.
