Board changes

Churchill Mining PLC (AIM: CHL) announces that Mr Faroek Basrewan has stepped down as a director of the Company with effect from 16 May 2013. Mr Basrewan will continue as a Director and Consultant to the Company's Indonesian subsidiary PT Indonesia Coal Development.

David Quinlivan, Chairman, commented, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Faroek for his contribution to Churchill dating back to his initial involvement in 2007."
