Davidjoined the company as a non-executive director in January 2003 and subsequentlybecame chief executive in January 2004. Michael Sinclair, executive chairman, said: "David was central to YooMedia'sdevelopment into a broadly-based interactive media group with significantrevenues and a great future. But, I fully understand that having helped bringabout and then integrate the transformative merger with DITG, he now feels it istime to pursue other possibilities within the media industry.
