Tangent Communications plc announces that Paul Murray has today resigned as a non-executive director of the Tangent Board. Paul has been a member of the Board since March 2007. Paul has recently joined the QinetiQ Group plc Board and is also a non-executive director of Royal Mail Holdings PLC.

Commenting on Paul's departure, Piers Caldecote, Chairman of Tangent, said: 'Paul has been an invaluable director at Tangent. We have been very fortunate to have benefited from his expertise, experience and enthusiasm.'
