Retirement of Non-Executive Director

3Legs Resources plc (the "Company"), an independent oil and gas group focusing on the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources, announces that Barry Rourke, Senior Independent Director, who retired by rotation at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 19 April 2013, decided not to present himself for re-election.

Rod Perry, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as Senior Independent Director and Richard Hills, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. Richard Hills has also stood down from the Remuneration Committee.
