Press Release 25 January 2012 Charles Taylor Consulting plc appoints Gill Rider as non-executive director

Charles Taylor Consulting plc, the international provider of insurance services, is pleased to announce that Gill Rider has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 25 January 2012.

Most recently, Gill spent five years as Director General in the Cabinet Office and as Head of the Civil Service Capability Group.

Prior to that Gill worked for Accenture for 27 years, latterly Chief Leadership Officer, concentrating on organisation change, HR and leadership development.She was a member of Accenture's Global Executive Committee from 1999 until 2006. Her penultimate role was as Managing Director for the energy, utilities, natural resources and chemical business in 37 countries.

Gill is president of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is also a non-executive director of De La Rue plc.
