Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("the Company" or "the Group"), a leading producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, today confirms notice of Gerard Murray's resignation from the Company as announced on 15 August 2012. He will be leaving the Group on 30 November 2012, on which date he will also cease to be a Director, in order to pursue other business interests.
The Board's search for a successor for Gerard Murray is on-going and a further announcement will be made in due course. Barry Hextall currently Deputy Group Finance Director will act as Group Finance Director on an interim basis.
