Moss Bros Group PLC30 June 2005 Directorate Change Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") announces that Mr Andrew Allner,Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down from the Board as at 30 June2005 in order to focus on his executive role as Group Finance Director of RHMLimited. Andrew has supported the Company over the last four years which hasseen the Company return to profitability.
