Resignation of Director
Polo Resources Limited (AIM and TSX: POL), announces that Bryan Smith, who has served as a Director of the Company since June 2009, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect in order to focus more attention on his other business interests.
Neil Herbert, Executive Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Polo Resources, said: "The Board and I would like to thank Bryan for his valued contribution during his time with the Company and wish him well for the future."
