Elementis plc (“Elementis” or the “Company”): Directorate ChangeFollowing the announcement on 8 August 2016 of the appointment of Ralph Hewins as Group CFO-Designate and an executive director of Elementis with effect from 12 September 2016, the Company today confirms that Ralph Hewins will take up the role of Group CFO with effect from 1 November 2016.Brian Taylorson will be stepping down from his role as Group CFO and an executive director of the Company with effect from the end of 31 October 2016.
