The Board of JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Docherty as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2026.

David has over 30 years' experience in asset management. He was a portfolio manager at Lloyds Investment Managers, Gartmore, M&G, Cazenove Capital and Schroders. David most recently served as an investment director at Schroders. He is an independent Non-Executive Director of Octopus AIM VCT plc.

Katrina Hart, Chair of the Company, said: "The Board is delighted to welcome David and is looking forward to the value his knowledge and perspective will add."

No further information is to be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs 6.4.8 R (2) to 6.4.8 R (6) of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Mr Docherty's appointment.
