GSH Group plc (AIM: GSH), the international provider of bespoke facilities management and energy management solutions, today announces the appointment of Edward Chandler, 30, as Group Finance Director.
Edward, currently Group Financial Controller, is a Chartered Accountant who joined GSH in July 2006 after gaining post qualification experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. He is a Director of the following companies, Delta Environmental Services Limited, George S Hall Americas Limited, George S Hall Central Limited, George S Hall International Limited, George S Hall Limited, George S Hall Trustees Limited, GSH Building Fabric Limited, GSH UK Regions Limited, Price Street 1 Limited, Price Street 2 Limited, Price Street 3 Limited, Price Street 5 Limited, Worxbuild Limited, Worxcare Limited, Worxclean Limited, Worxm&e Limited, Worxsafe Limited, Worxsolv Limited and Nantwich Saddlery Limited.
Save in relation to Directorships of GSH Group companies, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules.
Edward Chandler has an interest in 200 ordinary shares "of the Company" (representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital).
