Directorate change

Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 (1), Ladbrokes Group Finance plc (the "Company") confirms that Charlie Sutters will be appointed as director of the Company with immediate effect. Charlie Sutters is the Director of Tax, Treasury and Insurance at Ladbrokes Coral Group.

Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 (2), the Company confirms that Vinod Parmar will step down from his role as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Vinod is also stepping down from his remunerated role as Group Treasurer at Ladbrokes Coral Group on 31 December 2017.
