Tim Melville Hair, aged 46, is presently Managing Director of SterlingHydraulics Limited, a subsidiary of Parker Hannifin. He has wide rangingexperience in engineering businesses and an outstanding record of deliveringincreased shareholder value through operational performance. Tim will be appointed a Director with effect from 1 June 2006. He is expected tosucceed Barrie after the Company's AGM on 28 July, prior to Barrie's retirementin September 2006, in accordance with the terms of his contract.
