Directorate change

UK Mail Group PLC ("UK Mail") announces that Bill Cockburn, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of UK Mail, has notified the Board of his intention to stand down from the Board once his current term expires on 31 May 2012, having served as a non executive director since March 2002. The Board has commenced a search for a replacement.

Michael Findlay, who joined the Board as a non-executive director in 2009, will become Senior Independent Director from 1 June 2012.
