Appointment of new non-executive director

The Berkeley Group Holdings plc today announces the appointment of Diana Brightmore-Armour as a non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2014.

Currently Deputy CEO America at ANZ and previously CEO of Corporate Banking at Lloyds Banking Group (2004-2012), Ms Brightmore-Armour has 30 years of international experience in banking, corporate finance, financial management, treasury and audit.

There are no further details to be disclosed under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
