30th April 2015 AGA Rangemaster Group plc Directorate Change AGA Rangemaster Group plc (the "Company"), confirms in accordance with ListingRule 9.6.11 that Paul Jackson has retired from the Board following theconclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Paul served as a non-executive director of the Company for nine years andchaired the Remuneration Committee. Bob Ivell has been appointed chairman ofthe Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
