DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

London, 27 January 2012: Enova Systems, Inc. (AIM: ENV.L, NYSEAMEX: ENA.US) announces that Mr. Roy S. Roberts, Director, has resigned as a director of Enova Systems, Inc. for personal reasons. Mr. Roberts indicated that he was recently appointed to a full-time position as the Emergency Manager of the Detroit Public School System and believes that such position does not currently leave him sufficient time to participate as a Board member at the high level he believes is required.
