Executive Team Appointments

The Housing Plus Group (parent company of the Wrekin Housing Group) announces that Suzanne Forster, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving The Housing Plus Group in November 2026 after a period of extended leave.

Suzanne joined Housing Plus Group in 2025 and has added significant value to the organisation following the successful completion of the merger between The Wrekin Housing Group and Housing Plus Group. We wish Suzanne all the best in her future plans.

Richard Nowell has been appointed Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis until the end of the year, during which time the business will recruit for Suzanne's successor. We hope all partners and stakeholders will continue to give Richard their full support in his new role as he transitions from Director of Treasury & Risk.

In addition, Angelina Hicklin has been appointed as Company Secretary on an interim basis over the same period.

Housing Plus Group is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 30224R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4491
