Resignation of a non-executive director

The Board of Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. announces that Andrew Garner has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 September 2010 in order to concentrate on his other business interests.

The board of directors of the Company would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to Mr Garner for his services and contribution to the Company over the last five years and to wish him well in the future.

Following the above resignation, Eddie Bell (senior independent non-executive director) has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee.
