Emerging Metals Limited (the "Company") Directorate Change

The board of Emerging Metals Limited announces that Mitch Alland has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer on Friday, 10 July 2009, to become a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Stephen Dattels and James Mellon have taken on the roles of Executive Co-Chairmen.

The board would like to thank Mr Alland for his contribution as Chief Executive Officer to the company.
