imJack, the digital educational networking and media business, announces that Michael Howard has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect, to focus on his other commitments. The Board would like to thank Mr Howard for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well in the future.

The Company is in discussions with a number of potential non-executive directors and looks forward to announcing their appointment in the near future.
