Directorate Change

Bristol Water plc announces that Mr Stuart Miller has resigned as a Director of Bristol Water plc (the "Company"). He was appointed in October 2011 and served as a Non-Executive Director, the Company wishes him well for the future. Mr Miller is replaced by Mr Hajime Ichishi who is appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Ichishi is a Project Manager for the Itochu Corporation of Japan and is responsible for the worldwide development of the Corporation's water and environment sector project, and previously as General Manager of Itochu Europe led the development and management of infrastructure, power, and renewable energy investments in Europe.
