RDF Group Plc regrets to announce that Robert Weir, Chairman, and Sir Richard Kleinwort, Non-Executive Director, have resigned from the Board of RDF with immediate effect.
As a result of Mr Weir's resignation, the requisition for the general meeting, which has been convened for 24 July 2009, has been withdrawn.
