Board Changes
The Board of Energy Technique plc announces that Walter Goldsmith, who is currently a non-executive director, will become non-executive Chairman with immediate effect. This change will allow James Lugg, who is currently both Chairman and Chief Executive, to concentrate on the Chief Executive's role.
The Company is gearing itself up for future expansion and continues to explore a number of opportunities.
