Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Affinity Water Finance (2004) PLC announces today that Martin Roughead has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Affinity Water. Martin is currently Director of Strategy and Regulation at Southern Water, prior to this, Martin was Head of Corporate Finance at Southern Water and held a number of senior finance position in the regulated utility and infrastructure sector.

Martin is expected to join the business on 17th April and will join the Affinity Water Board as an Executive Director.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Keith Haslett said: "I am delighted that Martin is to join Affinity Water as our CFO. On behalf of the Board, and all of my colleagues, I welcome Martin to Affinity Water and look forward to working with him when he joins in April."
