He replaces Martin Cooperwho is resigning from the Board to pursue other interests. These changes aremade with immediate effect. Gordon Ashworth, aged 43, was previously Finance Director and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of Asite plc, a listed technology company focused on the constructionsector. Prior to this, Gordon gained experience as Finance Director in the ITcontracting, hospitality, consulting, and banking sectors. Gordon qualified asan accountant in 1989. Gordon is currently a director of Asite plc and Trading Faces Arts Limited andin the last 5 years has been a director of: K2 Human Capital Solutions Limited,K2 Partnering Solutions Limited, LOC 10 Limited and Encoreforum Limited.
