Aminex PLC ('Aminex' or the 'Company') announces the retirement of Derek Tughan and David Hooker from its board, both long-serving non-executive directors. This will take effect immediately and David Hooker will be replaced as Senior Non-executive Director by Andrew Hay, an existing non-executive.

Aminex chairman Brian Hall said: "Derek and David have always been stalwart supporters of the Company, its shareholders and the efforts of its management. Their great experience and wise counsel will be sorely missed. I would like to thank them very much, personally and on behalf of Aminex, for their valuable and effective contributions over the years and on behalf of all of us at Aminex to wish them well."
