Directorate change
The Company announces a change in its directorate with effect from 16 January 2012. Philip Scales will resign and Graham Smith will be appointed to replace him as a Non-Executive Director. Both are executive directors of IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited, the Company's administrator since the launch of the Company in April 2006. Philip Scales will continue to act as company secretary to the Company.
