Directorate change

Further to the Company's announcement on 15 June 2015 in respect of the resignation of Carl Symon with effect from today, and the appointment of Dawn Airey to the role of Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 October 2015, the Company confirms that:

a) Dawn Airey has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 October 2015; and,

b) in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, Carl Symon will receive his Non-Executive Director fee of £60,000 per annum and Senior Independent Director fee of £10,000 per annum on a pro-rata basis until 30 September 2015. No payment for loss of office will be made.
