Johnson Matthey Plc announces that Tim Stevenson's term of appointment as a non-executive director and Chairman of the company has been extended until 31st December 2018. Tim has informed the company of his intention to step down as Chairman by the end of this term.
Tim was appointed a non-executive director in March 2011 and as Chairman in July 2011.
